Our Return Philosophy

At Fair Harbor, we believe in making your shopping experience as smooth as finding your perfect inseam length. We stand behind the quality of our swimwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help make the process simple and straightforward.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to try on your swimwear and ensure you’ve found your perfect fit.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:

  • Boxer Briefs (intimate apparel)
  • All Accessories (for health and safety reasons)

Please choose these items carefully as we cannot accept returns on these products.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Fair Harbor items:

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Complete the Return Request Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely package your items in their original condition and include:

  • Items with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method:

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You should see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days after processing

Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your new item.

International Returns

Since we ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote locations), international customers can follow the same return process. However, please note:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
  • Return shipping may take longer depending on your location
